Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Premium Insured Shipping : 2–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


International Shipping

WeTwo ships internationally to select countries.

  • International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times typically range from 7–20 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery. Carrier selection depends on your location and shipping method chosen at checkout.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • WeTwo is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • WeTwo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
